Fuel Surcharge updated terms and conditions for 2025
Taking into account the request from several clients for more price stability, TDV Group will from June 2025 update the fuel surcharge on a monthly basis instead of a weekly basis, in order to reduce price volatility to its clients. The update will take place in the first Tuesday of each month. For further information on the calculation method used please see details bellow.

The international situation has led us to a stage where we must immediately adopt measures that allow us to continue working competitively in the Transport market.
Therefore, with immediate effect on all Negotiated Rates and, in the future, on all Spot quotes, a fuel charge will be applied. We hope we can rely on your understanding and that you can pass the same on to your customers
and, at the end of the supply chain, to ourselves as consumers. This measure is essential for TDV Group and will apply to all its customers/partners.

We have as reference the negotiation of prices at the beginning of the year, according to data from the General Direction of Energy and Geology (DGEG), collected on January 01, 2022. The average price of simple diesel was 1,494 euros/liter. This being the base price of our table according to updates in the beginning of 2022.

The fuel surcharge to be applied was based on the cost of fuel currently on the international market, bearing in mind it has a weight of 33.5% of the cost of transport and considering fluctuation intervals of 5%.
TDV will apply the fuel surcharge below to all transports.
